Mr.Yousuf Abdullah is Master in Business Administration UK. He is Chief Executive Officer of SFL Limited and also on the Board of other group business. He became Director in various companies of Sapphire Group in 1995. He has attained very good experience of Textile, Dyeing, Knitting and Finishing. He has actively participated in planning for new projects and served in an excellent manner for its implementation and expansion. He introduces new lines in Textile business. Having good experience in sale promotion, he added goodwill for sapphire product in local as well as in international markets. Presently he is working for expending in value addition textile chains / Lines. In addition to good knowledge and experience of production sale and procurement, he is good administrator and handled the administration of the group very successfully.

Mr.Amer Abdullah is Master in Business Administration from USA. He joined the Group in younger age and was appointed as Director in 1990 in various group companies. He has undertaken various expansion projects of Textile sector and has diversified towards Dairies. Being a Director of Sapphire Group, responsibilities bestowed upon him, enabled him to accept challenges and take decision in critical scenarios. The Textile has quite complex dimension due to seasonal exposure and hence it requires to be out maneuvered by efficient planning. He is experienced and is competent in business dealings especially for procurement of plant and machinery, raw material and other assets. He has rich experience in sales promotion and has successfully added goodwill for sapphire products in Domestic as well as in Export Markets.

Mr.Nadeem Abdullah graduated as commerce graduate from MC Gill University Canada. He is currently the Chief Executive officer of SFL Limited and director in other group companies. He also has been director and member of Young President Organization, The Indus Entrepreneur, AISEC, India Pakistan Chief Executive Business Form, Karachi Cotton Association, Pakistan Business Council and Standard Chartered Pakistan. He has led the business growth of the organization, introduced new product lines and let the development of more value added products. He was involved hands-on with the development of the Group's textile operations, which has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the business. He has spearheaded the diversification of the group in non- textile business Mr.Nadeem has developed expertise in multiple disciplines including sales and marketing, supply chain management, product development and management etc.

Mr. Shahid Abdullah has been associated with sapphire group since 1980. Being a director of various companies of Sapphire Group, responsibilities bestowed upon him enabled him to accept challenges and take decision in critical scenarios. He has to plan and forecast for both long and short-term positions. He has actively participated in planning for the new projects and served in an excellent manner for expansion and development. He introduced new lines in textile business in Group like Knitting; cone Dyeing, Fabric Dyeing and finishing lines. He has attained very good experience of Textile Spinning, weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing and Power Generation. Recently Sapphire Electric Company Limited, a combined cycle, duel fuel power project, has started its commercial operations with a capacity of 225 MW. He is the Chief Executive of the Company. He has experience and is competent in business dealings, especially for procurement of plant and machinery, raw material and other Assets. He has experience in sale promotion and has successfully created goodwill for Sapphire products in local as well as in Export Markets. In addition to good knowledge and experience of production Sales and procurement, he is a good administrator and handled the administration of the group very successfully. He holds bachelor's degree in commerce from Karachi.

Mr. Mohammad Yamin is non-sponsor director and act as Financial Adviser of the Sapphire Group. He is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as Fellow member of the Institute of Bankers. He has more than fifty years of experience of working with public and private sectors. He has widely traveled within and outside the country and attended special courses on foreign exchange conducted by Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has worked as Director Exchange Control Department, Banking inspection Department and Accounts Department in State Bank of Pakistan. Latter on he was promoted as Executive Director and worked in that position for about seven years. He retired from State Bank of Pakistan as senior most Executive Director on 4th November, 1993. He is working with the Sapphire Group for the last eighteen years and handling financial arrangements very successfully.

Mr.Abdul Sattar Arain is Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan as well as he holds Masters Degree in Commerce. He has over 40 years of experience of working in financial management, project planning, Individual and corporate taxations. He has attended many professional courses and seminars on various topics of financial management and planning. He is with Sapphire Group of companies since 1981 and has served at key managerial positions. Mr. Abdul Sattar Arain is presently serving as a member on the Board of Directors of Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited some other group companies.

Mr. Mohammad Abdullah is the chairman and founder of Sapphire Group of Companies. He possesses wide and varied experience in Textile Business. He has been in this business for more than 50 years. He has full knowledge of internal working of Textile Mills and from time to times provides guidance to the management in running the affairs of mill efficiently and smoothly. He has special knack in formulation of polices, future planning and selection right type person for job. He widely traveled abroad and enjoys good reputation both within and outside the country. He is the recipient of Sitara-e-Imtiaz. He is also on the Board of other group companies and philanthropy trust.
